Private Small Group Training

Exercise partners provide a powerful combination of support, accountability, motivation and, in some cases, healthy competition. Partner or Small Group training is a FUN, and affordable way to experience the benefits of personal training with a group of friends, family or a significant other in a private small group training environment! You book the group and times that works best for everyone.

Private Small Group Training:

  • Groups of 2-4 people

  • Bootcamp style sessions

  • 2 times per week (minimum) based on your schedule

  • Packages include:

    • consultation, assessment, workouts and nutritional planning
