Details:

  • START DATE: Mon, July 8th - Sept 7th (or longer based on weather)

  • WHERE: We will meet at 2 different outdoor locations.

    • Mon/Sat - Central High School Track

    • Wednesday - M.M. Robinson High School (back of school at the hill)

    • BodyFit4Life - 850 Legion Rd, Unit 18 (studio is a backup location dependent on weather)

  • WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water bottle, set of dumbbells (Beginners - 5-7lbs, Intermediate/Advanced - 10-20lbs) or bands. I will have a few pieces of equipment on hand.

  • You will be added to our FB messenger group so that you will be updated on any changes to the classes.

New Client Package - $99 (10 class, One-time Only)

10 class package - $140

20 Class Package - $260

Drop-In Class - $20

  • Packages can be used for any scheduled class.

  • Classes must be booked in advanced through our appointment scheduler. You can book multiple classes. You will also be able to keep track of how many sessions you have remaining.

  • You can cancel any booked class within 8 hours prior to class. Your booked session will be added back to your account.


All fitness levels welcome. Modifications for all exercises.
